Prestige Nest Holiday Homes Co. L.L.C, Dubai trade licence 1409536, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data you give us. We handle it in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect. What you type in our forms: your first name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if you give it, and what you tell us about your property, such as area, building, size, status and your goal. If you accept measurement cookies, we also collect how the site is used (see Cookies).
Why, and on what basis. To reply to you, prepare your income estimate or furnishing quote, call you back, send the market report you asked for, and prepare or carry out an agreement with you. We rely on your consent, given when you send a form, and on the steps needed before and under a contract. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising.
Who sees it. Our owner team, and the providers that run our tools for us: HubSpot (customer database and forms), Microsoft 365 (email), WhatsApp (messages), Hostinger (website hosting) and, only if you accept it, Google Analytics (visit measurement). They process your data on our behalf, under their data protection terms.
Where it is stored. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE, for example in the European Union or the United States. We only use providers that protect it under contract.
How long. If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 24 months of our last exchange. If you become a client, we keep them for the length of our agreement, then for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to stop using them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@prestige-nest.com and we reply within 30 days. Each market report has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also contact the UAE Data Office.
Guests. Stays booked direct on booking.prestige-nest.com are handled under the privacy terms shown on that site.
Changes. We update this page when the way we handle data changes.
Cookies
Always on. The site keeps a few settings in your browser so it works as you expect: your estimator answers for the current tab, so you don't retype them between pages, and your cookie choice. They are not used to follow you.
Only if you accept. Google Analytics measures visits, so we can see which pages help owners and fix what doesn't. It sets cookies named _ga that last up to two years, and sends usage data to Google, which may process it outside the UAE. It only runs after you click Accept in the cookie banner.
Fonts. Our fonts are hosted on this website, so no third party receives your IP address to send them, and they set no cookies.
Your choice. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.
Terms
Estimates and quotes. Income ranges and furnishing prices on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer, a forecast or a guarantee of income. A written proposal follows a visit to your property.
Our agreement comes first. Management and furnishing are provided under a written agreement signed with you. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
Bookings. Stays booked direct are made on booking.prestige-nest.com, under the terms shown there at the time of booking.
Photographs and content. Photographs show homes from our portfolio, past and present. Texts, photographs and design belong to Prestige Nest unless stated otherwise. Please ask before you reuse them.
Other sites. Links to Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp and other sites open services we don't control. Their own terms apply.
Liability. We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it gives general information only. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on it alone, or for losses caused by the site being unavailable.
Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about this site.
Languages. This site is available in English, French, Arabic and Russian. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
Referral programme
How it works. Introduce a property owner to us on WhatsApp or by email, with their agreement to be contacted. If they sign a management agreement with Prestige Nest, we pay you AED 2,000.
Fair play. One payment per property. The first person to introduce an owner is the one we pay. Owners already in touch with us don't qualify. There is no limit on how many owners you can introduce.
