Owner testimonial

“We handed over an empty apartment and got back a home that books itself. Under two weeks from signing off the design to our first guest, and every cost was on paper before we started.”

Who owns the furniture?

You do. Everything we supply becomes part of your property.

Can I keep some of my furniture?

Yes. The Styling refresh starts from what you have, keeps what works and replaces what doesn't.

Can you furnish a home you won't manage?

Yes. Furnishing stands on its own: no management contract needed.

Do I approve everything before you order?

Yes. You sign off the layout and every piece first. Nothing is ordered before you say yes.

How do I pay?

The payment schedule is set out in your quote.

Is VAT included?

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT.

What if something arrives damaged or breaks?
