Arriving, the easy way.

Our buildings check every guest at the door. Here's how we make that painless.

01

Register before you fly

Every guest, children included, adds a passport or Emirates ID through our online check-in, at least 24 hours before arrival. Building security only lets in registered guests.

02

Your keys on arrival

At Burj Royale and Act One, we meet you in the lobby with your access cards: send us your flight and arrival time, and a WhatsApp message when you leave the airport. At Peninsula One, show your ID at reception, then let yourself in with the Keyless app.

03

Check-in from 4 pm

Early check-in from 2 pm costs AED 160, when the home is free and we've confirmed it. If it's ready sooner, we let you in sooner, free.

04

Check-out by 11 am

Late flight? Leave your bags with BaggageTaxi and enjoy the day. Airport pick-up is available on request.
