We started Prestige Nest in 2024 because we saw a gap in Dubai's holiday-home market: too many homes run by amateurs, or by operators more interested in their cut than in the owner's return.

Between us, we bring over 25 years of building companies in real estate and property management, and more than twelve years each in corporate strategy and business law. So we look at a home the way its owner does: as an asset that has to perform and hold its value. From the start, we set out to build a brand that stands for quality in three places, and does everything by the book.
